Joshua Hunter, Chief Executive Officer
In addition to his role as CEO of Genova Capital, Joshua has been a principal of Danberg Development for more than 8 years, and has been successful in negotiating the acquisition and raising of private equity for several developments throughout Southern California, Nevada, and Utah. With more than fifteen years experience, he has personally been involved in more than $425,000,000 in construction, development and equity placement.

Brad Cook, Chief Business Development Officer
Brad Cook presently acts as the Chief Business Development Officer of Genova Capital. Prior to cofounding Genova Capital, Brad acted as the Chief Executive Officer of Salt Creek Financial, Inc. and oversaw the development, training and oversight of the companies advertising, loan origination, processing, post-closing and accounting. Additionally, Brad has built long lasting relationships between his company and more than 30 banks, and has worked with clients in more than 15 states nationwide.

Luke Blais, Chief Operations Officer
Luke Blais presently acts as the Chief Operations Officer. In addition to his role with Genova Capital he is also engaged in all phases of real estate development with his development entity Cascada. In addition to his own ventures he has recently served as head of development for Binnquist Development, Inc. Luke is a graduate of UC Riverside in Finance and he also holds a Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. Luke also holds a California Real Estate Brokers License.
