LOAN SERVICING

In order to more effectively manage loan acquisitions, Genova retains a nationally
accredited loan servicing company to manage the day-to-day operations of its loan
portfolio. Through this strategic business relationship, both lending and foreclosure
compliance are ensured.

 

PROPERTY DISPOSITIONS

In most cases, a third-party real estate brokerage is used for the disposition of both
residential and commercial assets. Through its collective experience and relationships
within the real estate industry, Genova Capital selects industry leaders to market and
sell properties. The selection of these brokers is a function of both market and asset
knowledge. In turn, each asset is sold at its highest value, maximizing returns.

 

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

When an asset reverts back through foreclosure or a deed in lieu, a representative
from Genova Capital transitions the property to a property management company.
The property management company manages the day-to-day operations with a
representative of Genova Capital intensely overseeing all management. This ensures
that the property is serviced and maintained properly in order to protect the investment
while maximizing profits.
